Crochet Requests part two....

If you saw my post yesterday about the Duck request
Then you will know about the 11yr old...and his faith in my crochet skills!
♥♥♥
Here are a few of  his earlier requests..... of the more commercial gaming kind
No patterns used, I made them up.
However, I am sure there are plenty out there, if you care to google a bit?
♥♥♥

First Minecraft....

Do you have daughters?
Then you might not know this one
That is a pig by the way....

Lego made a set for  it too.
Quite rare I'm told.
He has it of course!
The game and the world in which it is played is all based on the cube.
Its actually quite difficult to crochet a cube with a 90 degree angle from wool!
♥♥♥
Another request another bird.
You will I hope, all recognise this one?

Posted about it Here back in July.
When I had just started blogging, seems like yesterday
Willie (you all know Willie) liked it so much I suprised him with a pink one. He loves pink!
In return he gave me a swan...
♥♥♥
The 11 yr old is now discussing the subject of Easter Chicks,
At least he is early this year so plenty of time to prepare.
Are you preparing or planning anything?

  9. Wow!Fabulous! Love your designs! I have a (teenage tomorrow - eek!) boy - and what a joy to see crochet Minecraft!! I had considered a few Minecraft flannel designs and even bought brown cotton...but the idea didn't meet with enthusiasm - so it descended into the nether!
    Great Angry Bird too!
Isn't it great when lads show an interest in your creations?

    1. Hey Ali, nice to meet you!
He also has the head of a 'creeper' stashed away somewhere in the nether regions of his minelike bedroom....
I do love it that he asks me to make for him, as is much harder to make for boys isnt it?

  10. My son has been hooked on minecraft for a few years ... it makes me feel ill when he shows me his buildings (all that zooming up & down and around the halls and stairways!). I'm smitten with their little cube sheep and chickens (love how the chickens pop up and down) so my son (14 now) always keeps a few for me :) I love your rendition of the porker! Wendy
